A confidentiality statement was attached to this email. I need to remind you that subclause 1.4.2 'Confidentiality Statements and Copyright Notices on Communications' of the IEEE 802 LMSC Working Group Policies and Procedures <https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/21/ec-21-0207-23-0PNP-ieee-802-lmsc-working-group-policies-and-procedures.pdf#page=5> says:

1.4.2 Confidentiality Statements and Copyright Notices on Communications

IEEE standards development is an open, voluntary consensus process. As such, no material submitted during IEEE standards development activities will be accepted or considered if it contains any statement that places any burden on the recipient(s) with respect to confidentiality. Any communication, including electronic mail, containing language with such restrictive wording will not be accepted or considered.

Based on this, the IEEE 802.3dk Task Force cannot accept this email, and I request that you resend it with the confidentiality statement removed. I have removed the email from the email archive and updated the reflector filters to try to prevent further messages with this confidentiality statement.
