As we discussed today, I have modified my proposed remedy for comment #71 based on comment #70 being rejected, as well as discovering another error I had made in copying the values into the comment.
The revised proposed changes to TPE(max) are:
100G-BR10: from 2.8 dBm to 3.1 dBm (at OMA(max) = 5 dBm)
100G-BR20: from 3.9 dBm to -1.9 dBm
(at OMA(max) = 0 dBm)
100G-BR40: from 6.1 dBm to 6.4 dBm (at OMA(max) = 8.3 dBm)
This is based on the formula: TPE(max) = OMA(max)*(OS+0.5), where OS = 14.6% at OMA(max).
The changes for BR-10 and BR-40 are small, but the previous value for BR20 was far too high for OMA(max) = 0 dBm. Not sure why.
