[802.3_ISAAC] May website updated and July plenary registration opened

Colleagues:

I have updated the new P802.3dm website for the May meeting:  https://ieee802.org/3/dm/public/0524/index.html

Please note that the deadlines for requesting a presentation at May and for sending in the presentation for posting haven’t changed and are listed below.  We currently only have 3 requested presentations.

Notification of Presentation:  2 May 2024, 17h00 CDT

Delivery of Presentation for Posting:  9 May 2024, 17h00 CDT

After these dates the presentation will be considered “late” and the Task Force will then decide during the meeting if we proceed with any late presentations.

Please also note that the registration is open for the July plenary in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  The early registration fee for those staying in the hosting hotel is $300!  I have copied the information after my signature for your reference.  I look forward to seeing everyone in Annapolis in May.

Cheers

Jon Lewis | Acting Chair - IEEE P802.3dm Asymmetrical Electrical Automotive Ethernet Task Force
