Registration Fees Discount
Registration fees for the July 2024 IEEE 802 Plenary Session shall be discounted by $US 300.00 for attendees who stay 3 or more nights at the IEEE 802 Group Hotel, the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal.
Example: Discounted Early Registration would be $US 300.00.
Reservations must be completed, and a confirmation number entered when completing registration to receive the discounted rate.

The Workshop is scheduled for Saturday, July 13, 2024, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, at the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal.
The Workshop is an In-Person event.
SUMMARY OF WORKSHOP
Areas of Interest: This workshop intends to offer a platform for all involved stakeholders and aims to focus on topics of common interest such as optical interfaces beyond 1T transmission, access and in-premises networks, synchronization and time-sensitive
networking (TSN), YANG and data modelling.
Objectives: The objectives of this workshop include, but are not limited to, enhancing long-standing collaboration and coordination between IEEE 802 and ITU-T Study Group 15 through discussion and information exchange on topics of common interest.
Participation: The workshop is open to ITU Member States, Sector Members, Associates, and Academic Institutions and to any individual from a country that is an ITU member who wishes to contribute to the work. This includes individuals who are also members of
international, regional, and national organizations. Participation is free of charge.

* $CAD 250.00 per standard single/double room night
* Standard 802 Group Rate – After May 10, 2024
* $CAD 275.00 per standard single/double room night
The Group Rate covers all guest sleeping room costs, including internet access and service fees, but is exclusive of applicable sales/room tax, currently 3.5% (lodging tax), 5% (GST)and 9.975% (PST).
Booking Policy (Credit Card Guarantee)
* Bookings need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
* This credit card will not be charged in advance of arrival, payment is due upon arrival at the hotel by the guest.
* Only in case of applying cancellation and/or NoShow charges, the advised credit card will be charged by the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Deadline: 48 Hours (2 Days) Before Arrival Date
* Hotel room reservations can be cancelled without penalty until 48 Hours (2 Days) before the booked arrival date.
* Within 48 Hours (2 Days), a cancellation fee of the first night’s room rate plus applicable sales tax will apply.
Late Arrival and No-Show Policy
* Room reservations are guaranteed for late arrival after 6pm.
* In case of no show, the fee of the first night’s room rate plus applicable sales tax will apply.

* All of the IEEE 802 room rates are subject to the availability in the Guest Room block.
