Ragnar: Who’s the connector manufacturer and what are the connector part numbers?
Are S-parameters (T-parameters?) available for the connectors? Are comparable simulations being done for the coax solution as well as for the shielded twisted pair cable solution?

Hi Ramanjit, I have sent you the S-parameters in a separate email. To answer your question below, the channel is only for the coax cables and the inline connectors. My simulations assumed ideal 50Ohm termination at both ends of the cable.
The simulation does not include PCB, PoC, etc. Please let me know if I can provide any further information.

Hi Ragnar, Thanks a lot for your detailed presentation and sharing the return loss curves. Does this channel include the MDI/ENIS (PCB Traces, PoC, ESD components)
as well ? Please let us know the link to the s-param data for this channel, or Hi Ragnar, Thanks a lot for your detailed presentation and sharing the return loss curves. alternately if you can mail it to me directly, it will be very helpful. Thanks and Regards Ramanjit Ahuja Automotive Serdes Group Onsemi To unsubscribe from the STDS-802-3-ISAAC list, click the following link:
