[802.3_ISAAC] 802.3dm Noise Environment Characteristics

All,

 

In the 802.3dm meeting in July I brought in presentation titled “Noise Environment Characteristics” (https://www.ieee802.org/3/dm/public/0724/jonsson_3dm_01_07_15_24.pdf). I intended this presentation to be a starting point that would spark further discussion, and I did get some very constructive feedback in the meeting and on the reflector. I think that it was clear from the discussion in today’s ad hoc that this is a topic that needs more progress in 802.3dm. Therefore, I would like to reach out to you all and ask for comments, suggestions, and collaboration of any sort to move the noise environment discussion forward. Please reach out on the reflector or in private if you are willing to work with me on this, or if you have some helpful suggestions.
