We have received one presentation for the ad-hoc meeting on Dec. 12th.

I am working with Jon and Natalie to get the presentation uploaded to the public area for 802.3dm.

Since this is the only presentation for the meeting time, I expect our schedule will conclude within 2 hours and not take up the planned 3 hours. 

I do not plan to have a break period unless we end up taking more time.

1. General IEEE Meeting information 

2. Single presentation to the group from contributors

3. Questions and comments from the group on the presentation

4. Discussion/brainstorm content needed for the Dec. 19th ad-hoc meeting and/or the Jan. interim meeting to help build further consensus

Today marks the last day for submission of presentations for the planned ad-hoc meeting on Dec. 12th. 

Any request to present will be accepted up until 11:59PM PST. 

So far, I have seen one request for a presentation on Dec. 12th and no requests for Dec. 19th.

Hope everyone had safe travels back home or to wherever you were traveling to next after the plenary meetings, as well as to those traveling for the holidays already.

I'm following up to spread awareness of the ad-hoc meetings available to help build consensus in the December timeframe before the January 2025 Interim. 

As Jon mentioned in the November Plenary dm meeting, I will be chairing the ad-hoc meetings if it all works out.

The meeting invites are available through the IEEE 802.3 website calendar. 

If you plan to provide a presentation for the ad-hoc meetings, the presentation shall be provided three days in advance of the meeting date. 

- by December 9th for the December 12th ad-hoc meeting

- by December 16th for the December 19th ad-hoc meeting if needed

I will follow-up again as we get closer to the meeting dates.
