The proposed change to #280 is incomplete.  Here is my proposal to amend it.

Red are changes.  Yellow is the amendment.

 

TRUE:                No more than two SEND_S pulses have been detected at the specified times

(for LEADER or FOLLOWER see Figure 191–34) within the preceding 5.1 µsec.

 

FALSE:              At least three SEND_S pulse has been detected at the specified times

(for LEADER or FOLLOWER see Figure 191–34) within the preceding 5.1 µsec
