regarding to Steve's request to reach a consensus on the baseline proposals, we'd like to schedule another EMC Ad Hoc conference call on Tuesday, 5th Nov. 08:00 am PDT. Our objective is to create a consensus for the proposed mode conversion limit line ahead of the next meeting in Dallas. If you have any contributions please contact either Mehmet or me.

Colleagues,
In order to focus on the baseline proposals, I would like all presentations for Dallas to come in under the umbrella of either the channel or EMC ad hocs. Please work with the respective ad hoc chairs.
We must close the baselines in order to move forward to PHY proposals.
