All, I have posted D1.4 in the private area. I will be sending a recirculation period notice shortly. The editors have proposed holding a “pre-meeting” comment resolution session to get the easy stuff out of the way and to introduce the
comments that might require further discussion. It is my intent to hold this meeting on September 6, somewhere between 10:00 and 14:00 US EDT (14:00 – 18:00 UTC), once I confirm editor availability and needed duration. Please let this email serve as notice
