All, Peter Jones reviewed my draft markup for comment 194 and made some changes that I agree are good changes. He also noted that the document was marked “Cisco Confidential”. My apologies. The document was absolutely NOT confidential,
and that label is a newer Cisco policy where every new document I generate is automatically labeled confidential. After having two weeks off, I apparently flushed that from my memory and forgot to check and change that before posting. As a result, that first
version has been deleted from the IEEE server. I’ve replaced the file with a V2 that includes the changes Peter made, along with me further cleaning it up to make the changes consistent throughout. File is found here:
