Hi Chad,

Please mark my IEEE P802.3da draft D2.1 comment #105 as withdrawn. The reason is that I assumed that the TCI -> RXD[3:0] (max) delay was the same as the TCI input -> RX_DV/RX_ER asserted (max) delay specified in Table 188-4. After speaking to Tim, I realised that this was incorrect, and therefore, my timing analysis was wrong. Thank you, Tim!
