[802.3_COM] [COM] 802-COM repository on IEEE SA Open is now available

Dear Colleagues,
 
IEEE SA OSCom completed their review of the 802-COM repository and granted approval.  As a result, the Channel Operating Margin (COM) code is now publicly visible on the IEEE Open Source website (see: https://opensource.ieee.org/). 
 
The direct link to the 802-COM repository on the IEEE Open Source website is https://opensource.ieee.org/802-com  This link can also be found on the IEEE 802.3 COM ad hoc website (see: https://www.ieee802.org/3/ad_hoc/COM/index.html)
