[10GBASE-CX4] limit max value of coupling capacitors

Fellow word smiths,

 

I have an action item to come up with a text to limit the coupling capacitors. This is my proposal.

 

 

Warning: It is recommended to limit the max value of the coupling capacitors to 470pF. This will limit inrush currents though the Rx, that could damage the Rx circuits, when repeatedly connected to Tx modules with a higher Voltage level, as can be the case with pluggable modules.

 

 

Any suggestions are welcome.
