I wanted to provide a quick sketch of the meeting plan for next week.

We will convene at 8:30 am and I estimate that we will break for the day at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday. We have a hard stop at noon on Thursday.
I strongly encourage you to also attend the opening and closing 802.3 plenary. The closing plenary on Thursday afternoon may be especially important as it is possible that we will request conditional approval for Sponsor ballot.
The meeting plan for the week will be to address comments received against the D2.3 recirculation. This activity is of the highest priority and therefore only presentations that support the resolution of a comment against the draft will be considered. Other presentations may be heard if time is available but are generally not encouraged.
Recall that the Draft 2.3 recirculation ballot closes March 2, so please be sure to submit your ballots and comments as soon as possible. Any materials referenced by, or proposing a resolution to, comments against the draft must be sent to me no later than noon MST on Monday, March 6 in order to make it onto the web site and USB drives prior to the meeting. We may also accept contributions from the floor with Task Force consent.
