Thread-topic: ad hoc call schedule changes

Dear Colleagues,

Due to the overall decrease in presentation requests and great progress of the draft towards Sponsor Ballot, I am announcing a few changes to the ad hoc call schedule.

First, the duration of the call will be reduced from 2 hours to 1 hour.

Second, the start time of the call will shift to 9am Pacific.

These change will be effective starting with the Oct 11, 2017 meeting.
