David,

I think we should put more effort into more of higher level items including
motivational material for this work, what is the problem that we're looking
into solving, any data available to show the problem, any data available to
show characteristics of the traffic we're addressing, what is the size of
the market, why is the suggested ring solution a good one for this problem,
...etc.

My 2 cents anyhow ...
