Title: Announcement - IEEE P802.3cw October 2022 Series of Meetings

All,

In light of the number of comments submitted during the initial WG Ballot, it is anticipated that additional meeting time will be needed to resolve these comments.

This email is to announce the IEEE P802.3cw October 2022 Series of Meetings.  The Task Force will meet electronically during the week of October 17, 2022:

·       Tuesday, 18 October 2022, 9am to 1pm ET

·       Wednesday, 19 October 2022, 9am to 1pm ET

·       Thursday, 20 October 2022, 9am to 1pm ET

The agenda for this series of meetings will be addressing comments submitted during the initial Working Group Ballot of IEEE P802.3cw (D2.0).  Please note – individuals must make a formal request for presentation time, as noted below, and not make the request in a comment submission.

Individuals must make request for presentation time by 1 September and submit presentations to the Chair by 10 October, 2022.  Presenters can refer to the following link for further information on requesting agenda time and submitting presentations - https://www.ieee802.org/3/cw/public/presentproc.html. 

Formal meeting invites will be sent out shortly, populated on the 802.3 Calendar page, and added to the IEEE P802.3cw webpage.
