[802.3_100G-OPTX] Registration help for 802.3 Interim in Geneva

Hi,

For those that have already tried to register for the next Interim meeting in Geneva you might have had some difficulties with setting up the accounts to allow you to register on the ITU system.   There are now updated instructions to help simplify the process.  Please see Steve Carlson's info below.
