What is implemented right now is that the some die parameters are not cast per package. Cd, Ls, and Cp are not cast but Rd, Av, Af, and Ane are cast per package.

With the die parameters and package parameters being handled differently I’d have thought it would be helpful to have them in separate subsections in the spreadsheet. Also
shouldn’t Rd be in the same subsection as Cd, both in the die section. I’d also say that Av, Af, Ane and Ls are die parameters.

Say you have set of s-parameters that include packages on both sides. Then you select the null package for transmitter and receiver. The die load would still be
used. In the example, the null package does include the die load but no package.
