[802.3_B400G_ELEC] [802.3dj] Development (pre-release) Version '4.7beta3' of COM code posted to COM ad hoc website

Dear Colleagues,
 
A development (pre-release) version 4.7beta3 of COM code was posted to the
COM ad hoc website.  See:
https://www.ieee802.org/3/dj/public/adhoc/COM/index.html  (at the bottom of
the page)  
 
This is a development (Pre-release) version for commit requests 4p6_1,
4p6_2, 4p6_3, 4p6_4, and 4p6_6  (NOT 4p6_5). Take caution when using this
version.
 
This version is intended to become the published release as COM 4.7.  

Please review and make use of the electrical email reflector for discussion
on this version.
