[802.3_B400G_ELEC] [802.3dj] 29 October COM ad hoc duration extended to 60 minutes

Colleagues,

The duration of the 29 October COM ad hoc will be extended to 60 minutes to
accommodate what I expect to be a full agenda.

Roughly, the key agenda items will be:
*	Review revised commit request 4p6_5 - Hossein Shakiba
*	Review and discuss commit request 4p6_6 - Rich Mellitz
*	Straw Poll on commit requests for inclusion in 4p7 - Kent Lusted
