I meant to say "so we don't duplicate efforts".

Also, we heard presentations and discussion suggesting that 20 msec is a 
more realistic number for transition time.  I'm trying to come up with 
an objective that captures the idea without excluding other options.  
Something like:

The EEESG should adopt the following project objective:

    The transition time during Rapid PHY selection shall be as low as 
possible


I know there must be more to it than that, so please speak up if you 
have ideas as to how to word this.
