It was PRECISELY my point that 802.1 AVB is not "designed for general
Internet use".
It is designed for traffic that both starts and ends within the home and is
carried over a network of bridges that are specifically designed to support
QoS traffic. (in addition to the usual best effort traffic being exchanged
with an ISP)
