I've received a comment from Hoon Lee regarding some proposed text
changes to the description of Alpha. If anyone has an opinion on this one
and is willing to share it before next week's meeting, I'd be glad to 
hear it.

Comment:

It would be better change "where alpha is equal to 0x02."

Suggested Remedy:

New text:

"where alpha is equal to 0x02 is a root of the binary primitive 
polynomial x^8+x^4+x^3+x^2+1."
