[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE 802.3 DRAFT November Schedule

Colleagues,

The link to the November schedule in David Law's email from last week
actually points to the July 2016 San Diego schedule, as 802 has not yet
updated to November. 

I have posted the DRAFT schedule, which reflects 802.3's requests to 802,
for your use in the meantime.
