All, I’ve been informed by the hotel that the room block for the night of the 23rd is fully booked and that the 22nd only has a handful left. There are some available in the 802.1 block (which is a higher rate), but
they too are also close to full. The hotel has expanded the room block but is unable to add any more rooms to the 802.3 block.
If you have made speculative hotel reservations, I’d kindly request that you quickly decide if you cannot attend in person and cancel the reservation. This will release the rooms for your fellow WG members to use.
