[Sent to 802-3-DIALOG, 400GPL, 3dj, E4AI, NEA reflectors]

Dear Colleagues,

This email is to announce that the IEEE 802.3 400 Gbps/lane Signaling (400GPL) Study Group will meet during the IEEE 802.3 May 2026 Interim on Monday, 11 May, and Tuesday, 12 May.

The draft agenda for the meeting is presentations related to the 400GPL project documentation, such as the PAR, the CSD and any potential objectives.  Presentation requests related to project documentation are top priority.  Any presentations not related to project documentation might be considered, pending time availability.  Presentations with multiple coauthors and multiple affiliations will also be prioritized.

The 400GPL meetings during the IEEE 802.3 May 2026 Interim session will be all day Monday, 11 May 2026 and Tuesday morning, 12 May 2026 (stopping no later than the end of the IMAT ‘AM2’ slot).  Please note that 3dj TF plans to start early if the 400GPL Study Group ends early.

Also, the email reflector for the newly established IEEE 802.3 400 Gbps/lane Study Group (400GPL) was recently established.  Instructions for subscribing and unsubscribing may be found at:  https://www.ieee802.org/3/400GPL/reflector.html   Announcements regarding 400GPL will shift entirely to the new reflector on 1 May 2026.
