[STDS-802-3-EPOC] update on draft presentation agenda and flow
Dear IEEE P802.3bn EPoC PHY Task Force participants,
With regards to an update to the draft presentation flow and agenda, I've received a number of consolidations and postponements requests. This has made the Tuesday night schedule a bit better in that we're ending at 7:40PM (rather than after midnight) with skipping the dinner break. This also permitted some better grouping and arrangement over Tuesday and Wednesday.
However, there is still concern that there may still not be enough time for processing all of our decisions (motions) on Thursday morning. (Decisions will be organized by sub-Task Force then by ad hoc committee. And as a reminder, we have to exit Thursday by ~noon (hard stop) with an updated Time Line.
Please note: the presentation for Wednesday afternoon reviewing "Downstream FEC Evaluation Requirements" (or similar title) will not be available until late Tuesday evening. The material for this consolidated presentation partially contained in the two separate FEC presentations that were contributed for this meeting (posted on the website). Thank you for your understanding on this.
