The frame we are referring to is the "LDPC frame" - the block of LDPC bits. Maybe frame is the wrong term. It's related to the frame error rate referred to in the project objectives, but is to specify the performance of the receiver at the PMD layer.
We can discuss on the call tomorrow to improve the terminology.

A quick question on page 11 - you're listing here "100.2.7.2 Frame Error Rate" and I wonder what "frame" you really mean - is this OFDM frame or Ethernet frame? In either case, clarification is warranted, since at this level Ethernet frames are rather hard to delineate with all the encoding on top of them ...
