[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Call For Presentations for September 2014 Interim meeting, Kanata, Ottawa, Canada
Dear IEEE P802.3bn EPoC PHY Task Force Participants,
This is the Call for Presentations for the upcoming P802.3bn Task Force meeting being held during the week of September 8th in Kanata, Ottawa, Canada as part of the previously announced IEEE 802.3/802.1 joint interim. For information: "Next IEEE 802.3 Interim meeting notice" link at http://www.ieee802.org/3/. NOTE: please download and review in detail the PDF "fact sheet" document for this upcoming meeting via the provided meeting link. NOTE: We meet Wed, Thu, Fri of that week. (NGEPON meets on Monday that week).
As with all plenary and interim meetings, requests are due two (2) Fridays before a meeting week, with PDF's the Tuesday before:
Presentation requests due: Friday, 29 August 2014 AOE.
Presentation PDFs due: Tuesday, 2 September 2014 AOE.
PLEASE try to:
1. Prioritize presentation topics for "blank" and "S" items based on the Work Items that are updated each Wednesday Work Item and Socialization conference call and posted on the main public page: http://www.ieee802.org/3/bn/public/.
2. Topics that are addressing technical content already included in the draft where there is text (or text to modify/amend/correct), need to use the comment submission tool and submit by the comment deadline of 24 August 2014 as previously announced on the reflector.
3. Include a baseline proposal document for new text that accompanies any presentation, where appropriate. Contact the Editors for any help in preparing baseline-ready material. (NOTE: please make sure your technical content is 100% correct as presented to the Task Force for consensus consideration.)
4. Pre-socialize presentations as early as possible in the weekly conference call or via the email reflector.

P802.3bn MEETS ON: Wednesday 10 SEP 9AM to 6PM, Thursday 11 SEP 9AM to 6PM, Friday 12 SEP 9AM to 12noon.
