John, The response I got today from the Hyatt today
is that the hotel is entirely sold out on the night of 16 July and that the
group rate is only available on 19 July, so even if the rate for the other
nights can be fixed by Face-to-face, people will have to find somewhere else
for the night of Monday 16th This information agrees with the Hyatt web
booking tool: www.sanfranciscoregency.hyatt.com which says they are sold out on 16th and

are any rooms at all. Thank you for catching a cut-paste error
on my part in the previous email. As noted if attendees can get a room they
should forward an email to Face to Face. Attendees are recommended to book in at the Hyatt for the days they can at
the rate and if necessary the additional days at what ever price you can.
Please then send an email to 802info@facetoface-events.com
and include their name, reservation number
and dates they have the non-group rate. The Face to Face will then try

send to the reflector is only for cases where the individual is told the hotel
is sold out on a given date (not that the room block is sold out on a
date). The two are very different. If the block is sold out, the
reserved rate can be adjusted later by the meeting planners, but if the hotel

regarding the hotel situation. Apparently more rooms were added, and
weren’t showing up online, but were available when the hotel was
contacted directly. At this time it is not clear if these additional
