Pete and all,
I could not get a reasonable room rate in the Hilton. I am
now booked in the holiday Inn (ex Forum hotel) below. It is next to the hilton
and it is a good hotel. I stayed there before. The special rate is 119
Euros. (12/5 to 15/5/08).

now via the IEEE site links. The hotel reservation site said the group
rate is no longer available, and listed a variety of options. So I booked
a Twin Hilton Guest Room with "Flexible Rate" (cancellable/refundable) option at
139 euros/night (incl tax + service charges). Go

this out to me. I had just checked the top level page, and saw that it had
been updated. I have no updates on
when the block codes will be available. I know some individuals have been
concerned with booking a room in May, and have chosen to book directly with the
