John, According to my notes of the meeting,
there was a Motion #17 Move to adopt the multimode skew model
described in “kolesar_01_0508.pdf” and embodied in
“kolesar_02_0508.pdf” Proposed by Paul Kolesar and passed by
voice vote without objection. This does not seem to be included in the
