[802.3BA] Update on IEEE P802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet

Dear Task Force Members,

Mike Bennett, chair of the IEEE P802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet Task Force, has agreed to give our task force on the status of the EEE Task Force.  A tentative time of 4pm on Wednesday (7/16) has been scheduled.
