[802.3BA] 40GBASE-KR4 Channel Data Posted

Dear Task Force Members,

Previously, Ilango Ganga from Intel had stated that channel data that met the informative channel model in Annex 69.B would be provided.  That data has been posted, and may be found at http://www.ieee802.org/3/ba/public/channel.html .
