[802.3BA] Comment#96

Dear Task Force Members,

I'm in the process of formulating a response to comment#96 ( see http://www.ieee802.org/3/ba/public/jul09/P8023ba-D21-Comments_Received_byCls.pdf) and preparing supporting material to address the topic during next week sessions.  Given the comment will initially be discussed by the Task Force, and it applies to clause 85 objectives, I'd appreciate hearing from those that have an opinion on the subject and those interested in the formulation of the technical details of the response.
