As closely as I can tell from the documentation you have presented below,
this is not a 802.3 Maintenance meeting. It is a pure 802.3 ad hoc not
associated with any Task Force.
For it to be a Maintenance meeting there would have to be an action item
from a regular Maint. meeting and have an 802.3 Maintenance Item upon which
to base that action item.
