IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) Ethernet YANG Data Model Definitions (revision) initial Standards Association ballot results

Dear Colleagues,

The initial Standards Association ballot of the Revision IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE
802.3.2a) Ethernet YANG Data Model Definitions (revision) closed on 29
September 2024 after achieving the required return rate. The ballot exceeded
the required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The 14 October 2024
IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) Task Force interim meeting
<https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html> will consider the 26 comments
submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The
availability of the comment database will be announced on the IEEE P802.3.2
(IEEE 802.3.2a) Task Force reflector.

The ballot statistics are:

  88 Voters
  58 Approve
   2 Disapprove
   6 Abstain
  66 Ballots returned

  75% Response Rate (>= 75% required)
   9% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
  96% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
