Dear colleagues, The second Standards Association recirculation ballot of IEEE P802.3.1 (IEEE 802.3.1b) draft D3.2 closed on 8 October 2024 with no comments received. Based on the conditional approval to forward IEEE P802.3.1 (IEEE 802.3.1b) to RevCom granted by the IEEE 802.3 Working Group at its September 2024 interim meeting, IEEE P802.3.1 draft D3.2 will be progressed to RevCom submittal. The IEEE P802.3.1 (IEEE 802.3.1b) Task Force, therefore, does not plan to meet during the plenary session. We will not also need the telecom interim this coming Friday, 10/11 and I will proceed to cancel that meeting. Thank you all for the participation in this Task Force. The call information can be found on the IEEE 802.3 Call and Meeting calendar (see: https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html). This meeting will be focused on addressing any potential comments against D3.2 received during the second IEEE SA recirculation ballot, once it is opened. The comments will be posted at the regular location (https://www.ieee802.org/3/1/b/comments/index.html), once the IEEE SA ballot is closed. Please note that this interim meeting may be cancelled if no comments are received.
