I believe that Bob had sent out a meeting notice to the main 802.3 reflector announcing the schedule. In general, for a Plenary meeting, the 802.3 openning session is Monday afternoon and the closing session is Thursday afternoon with the TFs (Task Forces) meeting in between.
I have reproduced the information from that email that may be of interest to this group. I would also recommend that you check your email information (which is part of your contact information) during the upcoming meeting and make sure you are on the main 802.3 reflector as many of the general announcements and ballot announcements are made there.
P802.3at Task Force – DTE Power Enhancements (Tue-Thu)
The P802.3at PAR was approved in September by the IEEE-SA Standards Board. Therefore, the Power over Ethernet Plus Study Group will transition to a task force at this session. Work will include evaluation of proposals, with proposals once selected becoming the basis of the initial P802.3at draft. In addition, the TF will assist in refinement of the P802.3-2005/Cor1 draft. Those wishing to present should contact the Chair, Mr. Mike McCormack.
P802.3-2005/Cor1 – Isolation Corrigendum (Wed)
The P802.3auCorr1 PAR was renumbered by NesCom (as shown in the heading) and approved in September by the IEEE-SA Standards Board. A request to authorize WG ballot for this project will be considered in November. Draft availability will be separately announced on the 802.3 reflector as required by our rules. In addition, because of the nature of the project, it is expected that the WG will be asked to provide conditional approval for Sponsor. For information contact either Mr. Mike McCormack or Mr. David Law.
