Ladies and Gentlemen: I hope that you all remember that I was a
math major during my college days, the numbers are correct below, not the days
of the week. Stated more clearly, we will meet for 3 days, starting
Tuesday Jan 10 through Thursday Jan 12. My apologies for the day mess up;

Michael All: The meeting notice has appeared on the IEEE website (http://www.ieee802.org/3/interims/index.html).
We will be Tuesday, Jan 10, through Wednesday Jan 12 from 8:30 to 5:00 in
local times (do not ask me what that is relative to GMT). The website
includes links to the hotels and pertinent information about how to ensure that
you are in the proper reservation block. Please – BE SURE TO USE THE IEEE
RESERVATION CODE (enter 000026202 in the 'Group/Event
ID' box.) This meeting does not have a separate meeting fee, all meeting
costs are being comped in lieu of the expected revenue from the rooms. If
you do not stay at the hotel, in the IEEE block, we will not get credit for
your business and I assume future meeting fees will be adjusted to make up for
any shortfall this time and/or the likelihood of meeting fees associated with
meetings will increase. See you next year, and for those of you to which it pertain,
have a happy holiday season (even if it doesn’t pertain, try to enjoy
