You have all of the start times listed as "PST", Pacific Standard Time.
The US does not switch to "Standard Time" from "Daylight Time" (PDT) until
October 29.

I don't know without looking if the spread between our local time and the
other time zones is constant across the switch. In the past there has often
been a week delay between the US and the UK/European shift.
You should probably send a corrected notice.
