Directions to IEEE 802.5 Meeting 'ee'
Use public transport!
We recommend using public transport to get from any of the major
airports to York. The directions given below assume this. An
alternative is to hire a car at the airport and drive to York. This
will take about 2 hours from Manchester Airport, 5 hours from London
Heathrow and 6 hours from Gatwick airport. These times all assume that
there is light traffic and you know where you are going! Please
bear in mind that parking space in all of York is severely
limited. As York is a small city, you're unlikely to need a car
during the meeting. There are car hire facilities in York if you find
you need one.
If anybody needs driving direction to York, please get in touch with
one of us.
