Dear Beth,

Please give me 5 minutes to give a status update report on the 802 LMSC History Ad Hoc under 80.02 Standing Committee Reports.

I also suggest re-labeling 8.02 to Standing Committee and Ad Hoc Committee Reports.

Colleagues -
Here is what I have gathered so far.  Hopefully these item #s can help you in the preparation of your decks and any final agenda requests you have coming our way.

Remember that I am expecting separate decks for your (1) meeting materials (you will be sharing your screens for motion texts) and (2) closing reports as you've done in the past.

An email with your agenda requests would be helpful when you have it.  And plan to come by the agenda prep session tomorrow to confirm I have incorporated them properly.  I do NOT plan to rev the agenda again until after that session.
