Hi David,
My point was that the previous version was in future tense.
The Requirement is that it is to be in Present tense.
Your new alternatives is perfectly fine with me.

David,
802.11 is ok with not taking the full suggestion in 5.2b, but " This project will specify" should be "This project specifies" -- present tense (cannot promise future).
