Dennis, Thanks for the material. Let me just clarify your message.
I highly encourage material for discussion from anyone. Slides help in
having something concrete for the discussion from both the author and
commenters sides. Since we have little time to make decisions the earlier we
get the material for discussion, and the view of as many opinions the
better.
Therefore, any material addressing the basic decisions we have to make are
highly encouraged from anyone. Likewise, feedback and discussion from anyone
on the material distributed is also encouraged. We need to build the group's
opinion from all these individual contributions and discussions.
