[LinkSec] Fw: T1M1 to IEEE 802.3ah Liaison



Attached is a liaison letter from T1M1 to EFM on OAM&P. In addition, it
informs the linksec SG on their work on security requirements for the
management and control planes. They have finished the management plane
requirements and work is still in progress on control plane requirements.
Pointers to the relevant documents are given in the letter.

Note: The relevant part of the letter to linksec is at the end (page 3).
