Thanks for the reference. However, the
paper lacks any formal security argument, which is conditio sine qua non
with modern ciphers.
It is broadly accepted practice to only
consider constructs that have received considerable (positive) scrutiny
in the cryptographic community. There are numerous examples where one did
not stick to this and had to pay dearly for the consequences.
