[LinkSec] Updated MACsec draft available
Folks,
There is an updated version of the MACsec draft, on the materials page for
the next meeting.

The current draft is meant to be used to provoke ideas and discussion. It's
a compilation of contributions from a number of different people, including
(but not limited to) Mick Seaman, DJ Johnston, and Marcus Leech.
You'll notice notice that the document isn't very well integrated at the
moment- there are redundancies and discrepancies - for now, that's fine,
the main point right now is to use the draft for further development of ideas..
The work has been done in clauses 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, Z. I think there's
quite a bit of material for us to work on.
